Students who never got an APS chromebook may schedule a time to check one out at school by calling (505) 243-1458 ext 60024. Please leave a message with your name, student ID number, and phone number to call back.

Los estudiantes que nunca recibieron un Chromebook de APS pueden programar una cita para obtener uno prestado de la escuela al llamar al (505) 243-1458 extensión 60024. Deje un mensaje con su nombre, número de identificación de estudiante y número de teléfono para poder devolverle la llamada.

To replace a broken or slow chromebook, contact the APS service desk to schedule a time to visit the help center at 930 Oak St. (M Building Data Center) for the repair or exchange. The service desk can be reached three ways: by phone at (505) 830-8080, by email at servicedesk@aps.edu, or through their online form here.

Para reemplazar un Chromebook que ya no funciona, o que es muy lento, comuníquese con el servicio de atención al cliente de APS para programar una cita para visitar el centro de ayuda en 930 Oak St. (M Building Data Center) para que sea reparado o para que sea remplazado.  Puede comunicarse con el servicio de atención al cliente de tres maneras: por teléfono al (505) 830-8080, por correo electrónico en servicedesk@aps.edu, o bien través de su formulario en línea en su página web.
