Good evening AHA,

 

AHA faculty and staff hope you had a wonderful break with family and friends.  We begin with a full week back on a regular schedule CBABA.  We only have 3 more weeks of school with Finals for Fall courses beginning on December 15th.  

 

Have you logged onto the ParentVue app to check your child's grades?  It's time to check on their progress.  

 

Closed week happens the week of Dec. 12th, that means there should be no AHA activities except for athletics happening after school that week.  

 

Remember Academic Award Ceremonies are this week - we have sent out a master list and information.  Check your email, we celebrate students by grade level in the PAC. 

 

The cold season is here!  Please remind your students that long sleeves and/or jackets/sweaters are needed each day.  Checking the weather in advance for snow is encouraged.  

 

Student Reminders for the remaining part of the semester:

• 1- Blankets are not allowed as jackets.
• 2- Charge Chromebook tonight, if bringing a charger, don't misplace it.
• 3- School ID's should be in student's wallets, bags or purses.  Don't leave it in a vehicle.
• 4- Be on-time to school and class.  7:25am start time.  
• 5- Clean up your classroom spaces, cafeterias and take care of your school restrooms - ALL students must have a pass when out of the classroom at ALL times. 
• 6- If you are sick with a cold, flu or have covid - call your student into school, please do not send them to school ill.  Handwashing and sanitizer use is still highly encouraged throughout the day especially before eating.

Buenas noches AHA,
 

El cuerpo docente y el personal de la AHA esperan que haya tenido un maravilloso descanso con su familia y amigos. Comenzamos con una semana completa de regreso en horario regular CBABA. Solo tenemos 3 semanas más de clases con finales para los cursos de otoño a partir del 15 de diciembre.

 

¿Ha iniciado sesión en la aplicación ParentVue para verificar las calificaciones de su hijo? Es hora de comprobar su progreso.

 

La semana cerrada ocurre la semana del 12 de diciembre, lo que significa que no debe haber actividades de la AHA, excepto el atletismo después de la escuela esa semana.

 

Recuerde que las Ceremonias de Premios Académicos son esta semana: hemos enviado una lista maestra e información. Revisa tu correo electrónico, celebramos a los estudiantes por grado en el PAC.

 

¡La temporada de frío está aquí! Recuerde a sus estudiantes que se necesitan mangas largas y/o chaquetas/suéteres todos los días. Se recomienda verificar el clima con anticipación para ver si hay nieve.

 

Recordatorios para estudiantes para la parte restante del semestre:

• 1- No se permiten frazadas como chaquetas.
• 2- Cargue los Chromebooks esta noche, si trae un cargador, no lo pierda.
• 3- Las identificaciones de la escuela deben estar en las billeteras, bolsos o carteras de los estudiantes. No lo deje en un vehículo.
• 4- Llegar a tiempo a la escuela ya la clase. 7:25 hora de inicio.
• 5- Limpie los espacios de su salón de clases, las cafeterías y cuide los baños de su escuela: TODOS los estudiantes deben tener un pase cuando estén fuera del salón de clases en TODO momento.
• 6- Si está enfermo con un resfriado, gripe o tiene covid, llame a su estudiante a la escuela, no lo envíe a la escuela enfermo. Todavía se recomienda encarecidamente el lavado de manos y el uso de desinfectantes durante todo el día, especialmente antes de comer.
